We understand things happen and you need to reschedule your appointment. That’s not a problem! Let’s find a better time for you on our schedule. We prep and wait for your arrival before your treatment time starts. We ask for you to give us at least a 12-hour notice of cancellation. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or No-Show there will be a charge of $30 should you miss your visit without proper notification (except in emergencies of course). This guarantees that you as a client value our time together. A 12-hour notice allows us some opportunity to fill the time gap with a waiting client and protects our ability to serve you.
Popular times fill up quickly, we encourage you to book your appointments in advance to ensure you get the day and time you want."
