"We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $30. 

All appointments require a credit card to reserve the appointment. 

We understand things happen and you need to reschedule your appointment. That’s not a problem! Let’s find a better time for you on our schedule. We prep and wait for your arrival before your treatment time starts. We ask for you to give us at least a 12-hour notice of cancellation. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or No-Show there will be a charge of $30 should you miss your visit without proper notification (except in emergencies of course). This guarantees that you as a client value our time together. A 12-hour notice allows us some opportunity to fill the time gap with a waiting client and protects our ability to serve you.
